In many ways, leadership inside prison walls is just as important as it is outside. Last January 30-31, 2025, PJPS, in partnership with the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation (NCAF), held a Leadership Seminar for 120 PDL Dorm Officers and 66 Gang Leaders at NBP Medium Security Camp.
But this seminar was more than just leadership training—it was a reminder that the Lord is always with us and that to love is to serve. Through reflections, discussions, and shared experiences, the participants were encouraged to lead not just with authority, but with compassion, faith, and a sense of purpose.

The sessions reinforced the idea that true leadership is rooted in service—in looking out for one another, fostering peace, and being instruments of hope, even within correction walls.
A huge thank you to NCAF for making this possible and to our PDL leaders who embraced this journey. Leadership and faith go hand in hand, and even in the most challenging places, God's presence is never absent.
